Both came to us the same way: the tools already worked on their own, and every gap between them was being crossed by hand. Here is what we changed and where it is running.

ABD Engineering

A family owned firm covering structural, civil, mechanical and electrical work, with no single place to send a client who asked what they do.

  • Unified the technology. Four disciplines and fifty years of projects now sit in one place, organised the way the firm already thinks, as a numbered drawing set rather than a menu.
  • Separated the communications. New business and live-project RFIs were arriving in the same inbox. They are now two forms feeding two mailboxes, and every RFI arrives with its project number, drawing reference and response date already filled in.
  • Simplified the identity. One logo system covering the mark, the horizontal lockup, the stacked version and a single-colour variant, so the letterhead and the site match.

Pharmacy delivery and software

AYC IT Healthcare Technologies

Three product lines built for independent pharmacies: technician delivery, the Meridian patient app, and integration with the pharmacy system already behind the counter.

  • Unified the technology. The integration layer connects a pharmacy's existing system to the patient app, so a prescription is entered once and shows up on both sides of the counter.
  • Unified the communications. Three products that were being explained separately are now presented as three products on one contract, with one intake that routes pharmacies and patients to the right place.
  • Simplified the answer. Delivery zones and the waiting list are published on the page, so a pharmacy can check coverage without placing a call.
